We were happy to partner with Southern Heritage Bank for a community canned food drive. Students and teachers happily organized these donations to help families in need this holiday season. CHS has fierce pride!

We are fortunate to have 2 anatomage tables. They are the most advanced 3D anatomy visualizations & virtual dissection tools. They each have 3 different human cadavers that allow students to see the person's actual anatomical structures.

Boys and girls wrestling teams showed up to support our Rolling Raiders vs. Soddy Daisy. Come on out to watch the match and cheer them on to victory!!

The Rolling Raiders bowled an outstanding game today against Bradley. They were victorious 24-3. Way to go Raiders! Thanks to our CHS faculty for coming. There's another match tomorrow at 3:30 against Soddy Daisy. Come on out to support them!

CHS is proud to announce our 2023 teachers of the year! Susan Rodriguez, Jo Miles, and Ivan Migovich. Thank you so much for your dedication to our students!

Please bring in your canned goods this week! These will benefit families in need within our community this holiday season.

Our Blue Raiders are everywhere! Austin Herink (University of Arizona) and Keegan Jones (UCLA) might have been on opposite sides of the field last night but they'll always be united as Blue Raiders!

With a school the size of ours, we receive a ton of deliveries. We are so thankful for student helpers who distribute those where they need to go. Many hands make light work!

Please join us for our Veteran's Day parade! If you or a loved one has served our country, decorate your car, and meet at Greenway Park next Friday at 8:30am. The parade will go around the school so our students can express their sincere gratitude for your service. ๐บ๐ธ

Did you know our Aviation students are building a plane? Our Aviation program is second to none. Our flight simulator helps provide students with experiences they would have in the air. Our students are going to be one step closer to flying around the world!

Our Cross Country team concluded their season today at the State Tournament. All of these boys put in countless hours of training this year and worked to become the best versions of themselves. We are so proud of them!

Hola! Our students have been working hard in Spanish classes. They made their family trees and presented them in Spanish. Students loved this presentation!

Through the generosity of Mark Smith, the athletic department was gifted a customized golf cart. Joining Mark Smith in the picture is CHS Athletic Director Al Morris. Thank you Mark Smith for being a True Blue Raider!

Recently, Mr. Allan Jones donated a bronze statue that is an exact replica of a legendary CHS teacher and coach, Bill Talley. Born with both arms stopping at the elbow and right leg stopping below the knee, Talley stood 4 foot 10 inches but was a giant of a man to those who knew him. He served as an inspiration to all who knew him. During his coaching tenure, he won 94% of games!

The radar shows that the weather should be cleared out in time for our Trunk-or-Treat to stay outside. As of right now, we are staying outside. In the event of rain at 6:00, we will still set up around the track inside the Arena. Bring the kiddos between 6-8!

Mrs. Person does such a wonderful job with Raider Evolve! They have been working hard making t-shirts for various events happening around the school and in the community. Students walk away from her class with skills that can benefit them in their future endeavors.
