HELP PAINT A MURAL AT THE
BLYTHE OLDFIELD COMMUNITY GARDEN!

Today our 4th Grade History Club students became settlers solving how to water crops using only nature! A Home Depot bucket became the โriver,โ cabbage leaves became water carriers, and creativity flowed! Loved hearing their ideas about survival, settlers & Native knowledge!

Our 3rd graders took STEM to the lanes on a bowling field trip! They explored force, motion, scoring math & pin-setting techโthen enjoyed lunch at Deer Park. A fun, hands-on way to see how science, tech, engineering & math show up in real life

We finished regular play tied for 1st and narrowly lost in the playoff to earn 2nd in the Elementary Division. We will be competing at the State Team Competition at the end of March!! GO BOBCATS!

โ๏ธ๐ Harnessing the Power of the Sun! ๐โ๏ธ
Our 1st graders at Blythe-Bower are shining bright as young scientists in their project-based learning unit, "How Can We Use the Sun to Help Us?" ๐โจ Through hands-on exploration, they are investigating sunlight and heat by building their own solar ovens! ๐ฅ๐ซ From designing and constructing to testing and observing, these future innovators are discovering how the sunโs energy can be harnessed in creative and sustainable ways. ๐โป๏ธ

These two Bobcats are super excited to be prize winners for contests they entered at our Family Valentineโs Dance! Congrats!!

We're looking forward to a fun week celebrating literacy at Blythe-Bower!
