Teacher Appreciation Week is quickly approaching, and we are excited to celebrate the incredible CHS educators who give so much to our students each day. Our Leadership students have been working hard to gather donations, but we still need help to make this a special lunch for our teachers. Awarded to the student-athlete who consistently showed toughness, passion, selflessness, and pride in representing Cleveland Athletics.
🏆 2. Manager Award
Given to the team manager who consistently served with excellence, reliability, and a positive attitude while helping the team behind the scenes.
🏆 3. Service Award
Presented to the student-athlete or individual who went above and beyond in serving others, giving back, and making a positive difference in the school or community.

Today was the 11th annual Lee University Mathematics Competition. Ten students from CHS competed in a non-calculator exam with multiple choice questions, free response questions, and a challenge question. These were all timed strictly. CHS won 2nd place!!! 🏆💙🥈 Aiden Samonek won 2nd highest overall individual score.

Awarded to the team that delivered the most outstanding overall season, demonstrating excellence through performance, growth, success, and their representation of Cleveland Athletics.
🏆 3. Best Play Award
Given to the student-athlete who delivered the most thrilling, impactful, or unforgettable play of the year—those moments that had us all on our feet!

Some April Fools fun was had at CHS today. Mr. Pritchard informed everyone of the new Emergency Flood Drill required by the state. Since we are within 300 miles of a body of water, students had to stand on their chairs/desks to practice safety in the event of a flood. Teachers understood the assignment and documented the success of the drill. 🤗 We have way too much fun at school!

Today was the perfect day to celebrate our senior tennis players!
CHS Freshmen Experience students are taking a big step toward their futures!
Over the past few weeks, our freshmen have learned how to craft professional cover letters, build resumes, design business cards, and complete job applications. They’ve been practicing their interview skills, and today, they put that learning into action with their first mock interview.
A huge THANK YOU goes to our amazing teachers who volunteered their time to support our students and provide valuable feedback. Your guidance helps them grow in confidence and readiness.
We’re proud of our students for their hard work and can’t wait to see how these skills prepare them as they move toward the workforce! 👏🌟

We had an amazing week hosting our future Blue Raiders for 8th Grade Tours! 💙 It’s always a joy to showcase the awesome things happening here at Cleveland—because like Mr. Pritchard always says, “the sky is literally the limit!” 🚀
A huge thank-you to Mr. Benton, our incredible 9th Grade Principal, for leading such a smooth and welcoming transition tour. Shoutout as well to our award-winning jazz band, our show choir, and our outstanding leadership students for helping make the experience unforgettable.
