🇺🇸 Veterans Day Parade Update! 🇺🇸 Due to the predicted below-freezing wind chill on Tuesday, we’re moving our annual Veterans Day Parade to Wednesday! ❄️➡️☀️ 📅 New Date: Wednesday, November 12 🕣 Meet at: Greenway Park at 8:45 AM 🎉 Parade begins at: 9:15 AM 🚗 Decorate your car to honor a loved veteran and join the convoy as we celebrate those who have served our country. The time and route remain the same — just one day later for warmer weather and even bigger smiles! 🇺🇸❤️💙

📣 Canned Food Drive Starts TOMORROW! 🥫 It’s time to give back, Raiders! 💙 Bring in your canned goods and drop them off with your RISE teacher all week long. Every can counts toward helping families in need this season. 🙌 🏆 The RISE class that collects the most cans by Friday will win: ✨ A FREE tardy pass for everyone in the class 🍪 Delicious treats made by our amazing Culinary students! Let’s show our community how much we care — start gathering those cans tonight!

🦸‍♂️ Red Ribbon Week Finale! 🦸‍♀️ Today we wrapped up Red Ribbon Week with our theme “Be Your Own Hero – Don’t Do Drugs!” 💪 Our hallways were filled with superheroes of all kinds—each one standing for strength, courage, and making smart choices. A huge thank you to our incredible students and staff for showing their spirit and helping raise awareness about the dangers of drugs. Together, we’re building a community of heroes who choose to stay drug-free! ❤️💫

Day 4 of Red Ribbon Week! 👖💪 Today’s theme was “Be a JEAN-ius – Don’t Do Drugs!” 💙 Students and staff rocked their jeans to show that being smart means staying drug-free. We were also thankful to have ATS The Bridge join us today to speak with several classes about the dangers of drugs and vaping and about the importance of making safe, healthy choices. Their message really inspired our students to make good decisions every day. 🙌 Tomorrow we wrap up our Red Ribbon Week celebration with our final theme: 🦸‍♂️ “Be Your Own Hero – Don’t Do Drugs!” 🦸‍♀️ Come dressed as your favorite superhero (no masks) and show that the real power is in making safe, drug-free choices! 💥

🧩Red Ribbon Week 🧩 Our theme this year is “Life is a Puzzle — Live it Drug Free!” Today, students came together to reflect on how every healthy choice adds an important piece to their life’s puzzle. Drugs can take away those pieces, creating gaps in our dreams and making it harder to see the full picture of who we’re meant to be. Staying drug free helps us keep our puzzle complete and our future bright! 🌟 A huge thank you to ATS The Bridge for sponsoring today’s activities and helping raise awareness through students! Together, we’re building a strong, connected, and drug-free community. 💪

❤️Red Ribbon Week – Day 3 Recap!❤️ Today’s theme was “Be ELITE – Don’t Do Drugs!” and our halls were filled with mathletes and athletes showing off their elite spirit! From jerseys to calculators, everyone showed that being drug-free is the real win! 💯👏 Tomorrow, we’re keeping the momentum going with “Be a JEAN-ius – Don’t Do Drugs!” 👖 So pull out your denim jackets, jeans, and anything blue; let's show off our jean-ius style while celebrating healthy choices! 💙

🔵The Cleveland High School Boys and Girls Cross Country teams competed at the TSSAA Section 3 Championship today. Both teams finished strong and officially qualified for the State Championship Meet in Memphis on November 7. 🔵 🎉Boys Team 2nd Place - Girls Team 4th Place🎉

Even though the weather didn’t cooperate and we had to move things inside, our students and teachers absolutely blew it out of the water. 💥 They understood the assignment and made this year’s Trunk or Treat one to remember! 👻🍬 We love this event and the chance for our community to see firsthand just how incredible our CHS students are. ❤️ Great job, CHS — you rocked it again!
