The Stuart Garden has been a busy place this week. Our kinders used their senses to explore and record observations. Then, 1st grade grouped pumpkin seeds in sets of ten to count larger numbers. #exploratorylearning #stuartgarden

#FieldDay2021 is in the books. A huge S/O to @coachmkiser and all the staff of Stuart! From starting the day with a celebration, to the relays, races, station games and the 2nd Annual #SuperSpecialSoccerGame … it was a FABULOUS day!

Stuart’s 1st gr had a blast with their culminating activities for their CKLA Amplify unit on the human body. They made pretend blood and poop, made a pretend heart and watched it pump blood, read a book to tie it in, and did a germ/hand washing experiment. Sooo much fun! #scienceandliteracyintergration

Tomorrow night, Thursday, September 23rd, Stuart will be a feature school at the CMS ballgame. A ticket (pictured above) was sent home on blue paper with each student. This ticket will allow them to get in the game, as well as receive a drink and a snack at the concession stand. The game starts at 5pm on the CMS campus.
To celebrate, tomorrow is RAIDER DAY at Stuart. Students are encouraged to wear Raider blue to support our middle school.
Technology is an essential part of teaching and learning. We are so grateful for those who keep our tech running and are always there with a smile to help us out. Happy IT Appreciation Day, Mrs. Vaughn & CCS Innovation team! 💻🎉
"Proud Principal Moment" this morning! Mrs. Kahrs & Ms. Whittington represented our school well as they explained how Stuart is working to become a Trauma Designated School with the TN Department of Education.

TOMORROW, Friday, 9/10/21, is Picture Day at Stuart!
All students will have their photos made for the yearbook. If you want to order pictures, you must return the order form with payment in the morning.
Stuart Elementary is a Level 5 TVAAS School for the 2020-2021 school year. Level 5 is the highest score possible on the TVAAS scale. We are so proud of the students and staff for their diligence in learning… even through a difficult year! 🎉🎉🎉 #grsloveyourpeople #ccsrowtheboat @tndeptofedu
