Joe Enriquez, owner TNroofCo, our STEM community partner, worked with Beta Club students to build bat houses for our playground area. The kids had a great time! Thanks to Mr. Enriquez and TNRoofCo.

We are on our final week of our PTO led March Madness! This week will be a special spirit wear sale! The link to the website is https://sportsspectrum.itemorder.com/shop/ and use the code 24AES to access our specific site. Each purchase counts as 1 point for your class. This sale will be 3/24 through 3/31 at midnight. The weekly winners and overall champions will be announced on Tuesday, April 2nd.

Arnold’s 3rd Quarter Rodeo Celebration featured very special guests from our system’s high school: The Cleveland Blue Raiders Boys Basketball Team. Coach Tucker and his players put on a basketball show that our students will always remember.  The high school Raiders even brought several of our Arnold players on the court to join in the action.  The students even witnessed a 3 point contest between a player and our PE coach, Mrs. Murray.  We ended the assembly with our traditional Rodeo accolades: Arnold Way Students, Perfect Attendance, and the 3rd Quarter’s Ranch Reward winner, the Honor Ranch. Arnold would like to thank Coach Tucker and his players for making today’s Rodeo special.

Remember that Honeymoon Coffee will be in the main Arnold Parking lot tomorrow morning from 7-8am! We look forward to seeing you there!

FREE for any current 2nd-8th grader Throughout the Spring, CMS Head Football Coach, Martez Barber & his staff will be hosting football training/workouts for any interested athlete wanting to learn more about the game of football. Held on the turf at Cleveland High School. 

We will see everyone back bright and early Monday for Doughnuts for Grownups! You will be able to spend some quality breakfast time with your student before sending them to class. Please remember that breakfast ends at 8:20am, so plan to get to school a little early that day!

Happy Spring Break! We will see everyone back in the building on Monday, March 18th for Doughnuts for Grownups! Have a wonderful time off!

Cleveland City Schools is excited to announce the Kindergarten Registration Event, an essential milestone for families with children ready to embark on their educational journey. The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 23rd, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Raider Arena, Cleveland High School, located at 850 Raider Dr. To be eligible, students must be 5 years old on or before August 15, 2024. Both parent and child are required to attend registration, bringing along the necessary documentation: - Birth Certificate or Proof of Birth - TN Immunization Record - Proof of Address (rental agreement, recent utility bill, mortgage statement) To streamline the process, families are encouraged to attend registration during the designated time slots for each school: - Stuart Elementary: 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. - Yates Primary: 8:45 - 10:15 a.m. - Candy's Creek Cherokee Elementary: 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. - Blythe-Bower Elementary: 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. - Mayfield Elementary: 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. - Arnold Memorial Elementary: 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. It is essential to note that before school starts in August, each child must have: - Evidence of medical examination (dated after January 1, 2024) - An official birth certificate or proof of birth - A permanent Tennessee Immunization Recording indicating: - 2 MMRs - 3 Hepatitis B - 2 Hepatitis A - 5 DPT (One on or after 4th birthday) - 4 Polio - 2 Chicken Pox (or documentation with dates of illness if applicable) To ensure a smooth transition, parents are advised to check their address for school zoning through the Online School Zone Check.
